この場合、結果に出てくる値の単位はmmで大丈夫ですか？
どの力をどのくらいかければよろしいのでしょうか？

2mmに対して10mmですか。片持ち梁理論が通用するか微妙な気もしますね。

すみません 長さ10mm、幅2mm、厚さ0.6mmの、ヤング率106GPaでした。

Abaqusの話だったのですね。。私のサポート範囲外ですが一応回答させていただきます。。

お送りいただいたモデルを拝見させていただきました。
やはり単位系でした。形状がmmであれば弾性率はmN/mm^2、荷重はmNとして入力すると、1.2mmの変位になりました。

また使用している要素も8節点1次の低減積分になっていました。線形のこのような解析の場合、非適合要素にすると曲げ変形が精度よくかいせきできます。これで0.93mmとなりました。後はメッシュサイズなどが考えられます。
